Well I have bagged another Christmas wohoo!! 2 now since my transplant and both very special to me, my children and family! Thought of my donor at christmas dinner as we raised a glass! Merry Christmas angel! Hope all my family and friends have had a wonderful day, I have! The count down is on now to a new year!! Let's see what you've got 2014.
Someones been a good girl this year! so change of style for the new Year.
Its quite special really, because I've been very anti bags because for nearly 4 years I had to wear a bag all the time with my medicine pump in so when I got rid of it I didn't want to see another bag again! I'll go shopping with my keys purse and phone in my hand! So I thought its about time u got a decent handbag now its been nearly 2 years, so I did it in style.

Happy: Natalie Kerr
Double-lung transplant mum Natalie Kerr will celebrate her 32nd Birthday today.
Natalie, from Adlington, Chorley, had the double transplant in February 2012 and at one point in her illness thought she would never see another birthday.
She is marking her birthday with her children 11-year-old Brandon and five-year-old Isabelle and is planning to light Chinese lanterns to celebrate being here.
The former nurse said: “I want to say thank you to everybody who has supported me, the people who come up to me in the street and say ‘aren’t you looking well?’
“It really keeps me going and gives me that strength to carry on.”
Natalie was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension while in labour with Isabelle.
The condition causes high pressure in the arteries of her lungs, and eventually leads to heart failure.
She was warned she would only live for three more years and she was later told her only hope was the double-lung transplant.
A match for her was eventually found and she underwent an eight hour operation.

It was today 4 years ago that I had my Stem cell treatment in the Dominican Republic! Still can't believe that people raised £40,000 to get me there! All to try and save my little life!! The support from my family here and across the sea, my friends and complete strangers was overwhelming! Thank you from the bottom of my heart (you know who you are) me and my children will never forget x

Looks like I will be representing Team wythenshawe at next year's transplant games with the kids!! All sounds very exciting! Best get myself a little fitter
hoping to raise lots awareness of organ donation.
The British Transplant Games organised by Charity Transplant Sport is one of the largest annual multi-sports events in the United Kingdom and will be hosted in the Bolton region over four days and nights in August 2014.
The games will bring over 600 recipients of a life-saving organ transplant along with 2,000 of their supporters and deliver in excess of £2m economic boost to the region.
The publicity surrounding the Transplant Games not only demonstrates the benefits of successful organ transplantation, but highlights the desperate need for more people to sign on to the NHS Organ Donor Register.
There are many different ways in which you and organisations can support the Games.
Funds are needed to promote and stage the event and to support those athletes requiring financial assistance to attend. You may also be able to offer in-kind support, in which your organisation can contribute to the success of the Games and promote the NHS Organ Donor Register within your organisation.
We would be interested in sharing with you more details about the Games next year and how individuals and organisations can get involved to benefit not only the Games and the Charity but also their business and organisations through recognition and supply chains but above all help save lives.
